  • “Services” refers to domestic shipment, international shipment, courier delivery, maritime transportation, train transportation, air cargo, and any related services provided by the Company.

  • “Consignor” refers to the sender or shipper of the goods.
  • “Consignee” refers to the recipient of the goods.
  • “Shipment” refers to the goods accepted by the Company for transportation.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, booking our services, or shipping goods through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.


3. SERVICES OFFERED

3.1 Domestic Shipment

We provide nationwide shipping services within the country, subject to regional accessibility and service availability. Transit times vary based on origin, destination, and service level selected.

3.2 International Shipment

We facilitate international shipping to select countries worldwide. International shipments are subject to customs regulations, import/export restrictions, and international trade laws of both the origin and destination countries.

3.3 Courier Delivery

Express courier services are available for time-sensitive deliveries, offering door-to-door service with tracking capabilities.

3.4 Maritime Transportation

We provide sea freight services for cargo transportation via ocean vessels, including Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) options.

3.5 Train Transportation

Rail freight services are available for bulk cargo and long-distance transportation along established railway networks.

3.6 Air Cargo

Air freight services offer expedited international and domestic shipping for time-critical cargo, subject to airline regulations and weight/size restrictions.


4. BOOKING AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

4.1 Booking Process

Customers may book services through our website, mobile application, phone, or authorized agents. All bookings are subject to acceptance by the Company and availability of services.

4.2 Quotations

Price quotations provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, route changes, or additional services required.

4.3 Service Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a booking confirmation or waybill number.


5. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

5.1 Accurate Information

Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

  • Sender and recipient details (name, address, contact information)
  • Nature, value, weight, and dimensions of goods
  • Special handling requirements
  • Contents declaration for customs purposes

5.2 Proper Packaging

The customer is responsible for ensuring that goods are properly and securely packaged to withstand normal transit conditions. The Company is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

5.3 Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs and narcotics
  • Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
  • Explosives and flammable materials
  • Hazardous or toxic substances
  • Perishable goods (unless specifically arranged)
  • Live animals (unless specifically authorized)
  • Counterfeit goods or items violating intellectual property rights
  • Currency and negotiable instruments exceeding legal limits
  • Pornographic or obscene materials
  • Any items prohibited by local or international law

5.4 Documentation

Customers must provide all necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any permits required for domestic or international shipment.


6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1 Fees and Charges

Prices are quoted in the applicable currency and may include:

  • Base transportation charges
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Insurance fees
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Storage fees
  • Special handling charges
  • Remote area surcharges
  • Applicable taxes and duties

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been established. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

6.3 Additional Charges

The customer is responsible for any additional charges arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Storage beyond free storage period
  • Return shipments
  • Customs duties, taxes, and penalties
  • Special handling or repackaging requirements

6.4 Price Changes

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in fuel costs, currency fluctuations, regulatory changes, or other factors beyond our control.


7. TRANSIT TIMES AND DELIVERY

7.1 Estimated Delivery

Transit times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, regulatory inspections, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.2 Delivery Attempts

We will make reasonable attempts to deliver goods to the specified address. If delivery cannot be completed, goods may be held for collection, returned to sender, or stored at the customer’s expense.

7.3 Proof of Delivery

Delivery is deemed complete upon obtaining a signature, electronic confirmation, or release to the address specified by the customer.

7.4 Delivery Issues

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues with the shipment, including damage, missing items, or delivery to incorrect address.


8. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS

8.1 Customs Compliance

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for compliance with all customs regulations, import/export laws, and documentation requirements of the origin and destination countries.

8.2 Duties and Taxes

The customer (consignee) is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees unless otherwise agreed. Goods may be delayed or confiscated if customs requirements are not met.

8.3 Customs Clearance

The Company may act as the customer’s agent for customs clearance purposes but is not responsible for delays or issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.


9. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to the lesser of:

  • The actual value of the goods
  • The repair or replacement cost
  • The maximum liability limits specified by applicable international conventions (such as the Warsaw Convention for air cargo, Hague-Visby Rules for maritime transport, or CMR Convention for road transport)
  • The declared value if insurance was purchased

9.2 Exclusions from Liability

The Company is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by the nature of the goods or defective packaging
  • Loss or damage to prohibited or improperly declared items
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Loss of profits, income, or business opportunities
  • Delays caused by customs, regulatory authorities, or force majeure events
  • Deterioration of perishable goods
  • Loss or damage resulting from acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest

9.3 Insurance

Basic carrier liability coverage is included in our services. Additional insurance coverage is available at an extra cost and is strongly recommended for high-value items. Claims must be filed within the specified time limits.

9.4 Claims Procedure

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within:

  • 7 days for visible damage or partial loss
  • 14 days for concealed damage
  • 30 days for complete loss or non-delivery

All claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation, including photographs, original packaging, invoices, and proof of value.


10. TRACKING AND MONITORING

We provide tracking services for most shipments through our website or mobile application. While we strive to provide accurate real-time information, tracking data is for reference purposes only and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies.


11. STORAGE AND WAREHOUSING

11.1 Storage Services

We may provide storage services at our facilities. Storage fees apply after the free storage period (typically 24-48 hours for domestic shipments and 5-7 days for international shipments).

11.2 Unclaimed Goods

Goods that remain unclaimed after 30 days may be disposed of, sold, or returned to sender at the customer’s expense. The Company may deduct storage fees and handling costs from the proceeds of any sale.


12. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Labor disputes and strikes
  • Government actions or regulatory changes
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Transportation infrastructure failures
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Fuel shortages or supply chain disruptions

13. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

13.1 Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel bookings before goods are dispatched. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the service type and timing of cancellation.

13.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

  • Goods are found to contain prohibited items
  • Information provided is false or misleading
  • Services are not available to the specified destination
  • Payment is not received or authorized

13.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and are subject to deduction of cancellation fees and any costs already incurred.


14. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Customer information may be shared with third parties (carriers, customs authorities, delivery agents) as necessary to fulfill service obligations.


15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may engage third-party carriers, agents, and service providers to fulfill transportation services. While we exercise reasonable care in selecting partners, we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond our contractual obligations.


17. INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Shipment of prohibited or restricted items
  • Provision of false or misleading information
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Third-party claims related to the customer’s goods

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Danmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

18.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation or mediation.


19. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DIFFERENT TRANSPORT MODES

19.1 Maritime Transportation

Maritime shipments are subject to the Hague-Visby Rules, Hamburg Rules, or Rotterdam Rules as applicable. Additional terms may apply for container leasing, demurrage, and detention charges.

19.2 Air Cargo

Air cargo shipments are subject to the Warsaw Convention or Montreal Convention. Dangerous goods must comply with IATA regulations. Weight and size restrictions apply.

19.3 Train Transportation

Rail freight is subject to the applicable railway conventions and regulations. Transit times may be affected by rail schedule changes and track maintenance.


20. COMMUNICATION AND NOTICES

All notices and communications shall be sent to the contact information provided during booking or registration. Electronic communications (email, SMS) are considered valid forms of notice.

Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact information and regularly checking communications from the Company.


21. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via email or website announcement.


22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.


23. WAIVER

Failure by the Company to enforce any right or provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.


24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the Company regarding the use of our services.


25. ASSIGNMENT

The customer may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights hereunder without prior written consent from the Company. The Company may assign these terms without restriction.


26. LANGUAGE

These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In case of any translations, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or dispute.
